This cancellation option is available for the next 24 hours. The change of address option is available until the moment that you have been informed of the shipment of your order by email. After this point no cancellations or changes to your order are possible.
If you want to return your order, the product(s) can be returned for a product exchange, or store credit within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. If you are returning an item you should send us an email at ….. in order to inform us why you wish to return the item. We will do our best to exchange the returned product whether this was defective with a new item or if you received the wrong code with the one you ordered. For the best service, we advise that within 24 hours from receipt, you inform us on your wish to exchange the product.
In case of a defective item, if exchange the item with the same item is not possible due to lack of availability, you have the option to exchange the item with something else.
All the returned products should be in their original quality state, labels should not have been removed and must be in their original packaging. All products returned to our company go through a very careful examination. The responsibility for returning the product to our company is exclusively that of the customer. This is why you should make sure the product is properly packaged when returned.
Omma Luxurybrand reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying an order. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

From the product’s receipt date you have 14 days at your disposal to decide whether you wish to return it. In case you want to return all or part of your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to inform us why you wish to return the item, stating the invoice number and the product’s code.
From the time you send the product, Omma Luxurybrand will receive it within 2-3 working days if you are returning it from Greece with …. or within 3-5 working days if you are returning it from abroad with ELTA. In case you chose other carriers we cannot guarantee the receipt time of the returned products. After receipt, we will immediately examine your request and notify you via e-mail on the actions taken.
Note: all items should be returned in their original quality condition and the labels should not have been removed. In case we note a non expected default on the item during quality control, Customer Service will contact you regarding the appropriate procedure.
When the returned product is delivered to our company, you will receive an email informing you of the receipt
In case of a defective item, or receiving a wrong item, Omma Luxurybrand undertakes the responsibility and covers the return fees and resends the new item without charging extra shipping fees. In case of changing an item due to personal taste, as well the new item shipping fees are the customers responsibility.

Product orders and customer protection
Conditions for valid orders
The website’s visitor can place a valid order given that he has the legal capacity according to the Greek Civil Code orderings, i.e. given that he has reached eighteen years of age and that he is not subject to judicial support to the sales contract. Orders may also be placed by representatives of legal persons. The company reserves the right to claim orders from the supervisor or guardian of persons with no legal capacity.
In order to place an order the following are required:
-completing the relevant form by providing all information necessary in order to conclude the sales contract,
-the unconditional acceptance of the sales contract’s terms, for the sold item, the quantity, the price including taxes and other expenses, the actual transaction, the time and place for the courier delivery,
The payment method is selected by the interested party and includes the possibility of using a credit card, the PayPal system, payment on a given account, or payment on delivery. Only those credit cards that appear as selected on the website’s ordering system may be accepted.
An order constitutes a distance sales contract, subject to the relevant legislation. Through the website, prior to the completion of the order, prior to the completion and submission of the relevant form, the consumer is informed by the Company on:
– the identity and address of the supplier
– the essential characteristics of the product,
– the price, the quantity and the transfer fees as well as the VAT, if this is not included in the price
– the method of payment, delivery and order execution
– the duration of the order or the price,
By sending the order form, the consumer receives an electronic copy of his order, which he can save and where all the above mentioned information is featured as well as:
– the trade name and address
– the method of payment,
– information concerning after sales service and existing commercial guarantees
Replacing an item. The consumer has the right to ask for the replacement of a product if the item he received was defective or doesn’t correspond to the item ordered. For an item replacement, in the case it was defective or different from that ordered one the consumer should contact the company the same day and return it on 7 days of the delivery. It is necessary that the items are in the same condition they were received in and that the consumer has the invoice or sales receipt. We recommend very careful control upon receipt in order to avoid any receipt of defective products or products not ordered.
In any case, the maximum timeframe for returning an item on order to submit a replacement request cannot extend beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt. Before any return, we recommend contacting our company. The conditions for carrying out the replacement of a defective product or a product other than the one ordered are the following:
(a) Contact the company within 24 hours from receipt in order to point out the problem using the telephone number found on the “Contact Us” section of our website or by using the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
(b) Send an email at email@example.com , strictly within a period of 14 days, stating the request for replacement.
(c) In the case of a product other than that ordered, it should not be used and it should be kept in the packaging in the condition in which it was received. The delivery of the new product will take place over a time period equal to the time of dispatch of the original item.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
